In the summer, Christmas and Easter holidays, make an appointment 3-4 weeks in advance. Get an appointment does not mean you can get a Visathe at the same day , because it takes time for processing applications. Applicants must have held UK visa and must more than 6 months validity. If your UK visa is valid is less than or equal to 6 months, the Italian Embassy in London will not be accepted, you have to go to your own country for visa applications.

You can also go to the embassy to make a appointment in person. Appointment hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 12.00AM. Reservation is accepted, the applicant can download the application form in website.
Notes: Embassy does not accept mail applications. And generally can not get a visa at the same day.
